How do I schedule an on-site visit with a Smiles to Go dentist?
- Contact us: Call our office at (601) 657-1164, e-mail ashley@smiles2go.net, or contact us through this website to have one of our friendly staff members assist you in the first steps of scheduling.
- Obtain consent: Consent forms will be distributed to each facility to be filled out and returned. Digital copies of consent forms can also be found here.
- Set up a screening date: After consent forms are returned, we will coordinate with the facility's designated contact person to determine a date to come to the facility.
- Provide a space: provision of needed space will be determined based on location and can be discussed at scheduling.
- Screening day: On the appointed date, we will arrive to provide the patients with treatment based on individual treatment needs. All procedures performed and treatment needs will be documented and made available to the facility, patients, and caregivers.
- Post-visit follow-up: Post-visit follow-ups will be scheduled based on future treatment needs. Regular dental hygiene checkups are recommended every six months.
Pre-Screening Via Teledentistry
An additional option is to have your facility patients "pre-screened" via teledentistry before we arrive at your facility. This can determine treatment needs and give your patients a jump start on their dental care!
